Agency Fees

Our Delivery and Escrow fees are as low as 1.20% of the purchase price.
The Buyer or the Seller can pay the fee, or it may be split between them.
The Fee is determined by the purchase price.

£0-£5,000	4.80% (minimum fee of £50)
£5,000-£15,000	3.60%
£15,000-£25,000	2.40%
£25,000 +	1.20%

If you've agreed to pay all or some % of the fee, it's automatically added to the purchase price of the merchandise.
