Services

Our Company offers Delivery and Escrow Solutions for all of our customers following 5 easy steps to a succesfull transaction :

1) The Buyer and the Seller Agree to the transaction`s Terms.
Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's Inspection Period, and any delivery information. Buyer, Seller and CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD sign the escrow agreement.

2) The Seller delivers the Merchandise to one of our agencies.
Upon verification of the merchandise, our company is authorized to submit tracking information for the Buyer. The Delivery time vary by merchandise and destination address. Note: The merchandise will remain In Custody of CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD until the Buyer will deposit the funds to CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD . Our Company is authorized to ship the merchandise only when the funds are in our custody.

3) The Buyer submits the payment.
The Buyer submits the payment by bank transfer to our bank account. We verify the payment and confirm to the Seller that the payment has been received.

4) The Buyer Receives the Merchandise.
As soon as the payment is verified, the merchandise will be shipped to the Buyer. The Buyer has a set number of days (between 1 and 5 days) to inspect the merchandise and to decide if he accepts/rejects it.

5) CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD Pays the Seller.
Once the Buyer receives the merchandise and the inspection period is over, the Buyer has to announce CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD if he will accept/decline the merchandise. If the Buyer accepts the merchandise, CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD will release the funds to the Seller and the transaction is completed. If the Buyer won't accept the merchandise, he will have a full refund and CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD will take the merchandise back to the Seller.


TERMS:

What is an inspection period, when does it start, and how long does it last?

The inspection period is the amount of time agreed upon, by both parties in which the Buyer may examine the merchandise. The amount of time selected can be from 1 to 5 days. The inspection period begins when CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD confirms that the shipment has been received by the Buyer. He must accept or reject the merchandise within this period. When the Buyer rejects the merchandise, the Seller has 5 days to examine the merchandise after it is returned.

How does CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD protect against fraud?

CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD takes several steps to protect both the Buyer and Seller against fraud:
1) All payments made by the Buyer are verified as "good funds" before we deliver the merchandise.
2) All shipments are tracked to ensure that both parties know the merchandise's actual location and the transaction's status.
3) If the merchandise is fraudulent, it gives the Buyer the chance to return the merchandise before payment is released to the Seller.

Definitely. You and your transaction are protected every step of the process thanks to our stringent logging, tracking and verification procedures.

Isn't sending my personal information over the Internet unsafe?

No. Even though there have been widespread reports of Internet fraud in the past few years, the reports attribute most of the fraud to stolen card information done the old fashioned way: by telemarketers, from mailboxes and at places of purchase, such as restaurants and stores. In most cases, credit card information used at web sites is seen by fewer eyes than the same information used at your local restaurant, thus fraud occurs less between a legitimate consumer and a merchant.

As a member of CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD , you can file complaints against other users you have engaged in transactions with. Every complaint you file is sent to the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center - an FBI program) and Scotland Yard. As we cannot disclose personal information on the user you are filing a complaint against to anyone else but a legal entity, we will only provide such information to the IFCC.
