2. How do I start a new escrow transaction?

Either Buyers or Sellers can start a transaction. For sellers: simply go to one of our agencies with the merchandise and follow the instructions that will be given to you by our employees. For buyers: use the "Register" form from our website to initiate the transaction. Either Buyer/Seller will need the name, address, contact info (email, phone number) of the other party that is involved in the transaction. For sellers: the merchandise will remain in CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD Custody until we will receive the confirmation of the payment from the Buyer. For buyers: the information regarding the payment will be emailed to them and the payment has to be deposited with us.

3. What happens next?

After starting a new transaction, both parties (Seller and Buyer) will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and access to their Tracking page.

4. How long does the process take if I'm the Buyer?
