Five easy steps to a safe transaction using the CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD Delivery and Escrow Solutions
Step 1: The Buyer and the Seller Agree to the transaction`s Terms.
Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's Inspection Period, and any delivery information. Buyer, Seller and CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD sign the escrow agreement.
Step 2: The Seller delivers the Merchandise to one of our agencies.
Upon verification of the merchandise, our company is authorized to submit tracking information for the Buyer. The Delivery time vary by merchandise and destination address. Note: The merchandise will remain In Custody of CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD until the Buyer will deposit the funds to CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD . Our Company is authorized to ship the merchandise only when the funds are in our custody.
Step 3: The Buyer submits the payment.
The Buyer submits the payment by bank transfer to our bank account. We verify the payment and confirm to the Seller that the payment has been received.
Step 4: The Buyer Receives the Merchandise.
As soon as the payment is verified, the merchandise will be shipped to the Buyer. The Buyer has a set number of days (between 1 and 5 days) to inspect the merchandise and to decide if he accepts/rejects it.
Step 5: CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD Pays the Seller.
Once the Buyer receives the merchandise and the inspection period is over, the Buyer has to announce CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD if he will accept/decline the merchandise. If the Buyer accepts the merchandise, CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD will release the funds to the Seller and the transaction is completed. If the Buyer won't accept the merchandise, he will have a full refund and CPH LIGHT HAULAGE LTD will take the merchandise back to the Seller.
Payment processing: 2-5 days or more for bank transfer payments depending on the transaction's amount.
Buyers: Receives and inspecs the merchandise before the Seller is paid! / Sellers: Protect yourself from credit card and payment fraud.
Why use our Delivery and Escrow Solutions?
Our Delivery and Escrow Company protects both buyers and sellers in online transactions. The Buyer is protected because we do not release the funds to the Seller only if the Buyer has received the merchandise and approved it. The Seller is protected because we make sure the money they are to be paid is in our account before we ship the merchandise to the Buyer.

How do I use it?
Using our service is easy. All you have to do is register with us. Once you have registered with us we will take you step-by-step through the entire process.
Our company ships the merchandise to the Buyer after we have the funds deposited/confirmed/cleared with us. When the Buyer gets and approves the merchandise, we release the funds to the Seller. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the merchandise once the inspection period is over, he will get all his money back from us and we will make sure that the Seller will get his merchandise back (no extra costs for Buyer or Seller).
Instructions for Sellers
Once all the terms of the transaction have been completed and verified and the inspection period is over and the Buyer has agreed to keep the merchandise, we'll pay you within 48 hours.
